Mitch manages Equity Cap Fund Advisors, Inc. Mitch’s focus is on the firm’s investment strategies, identifying target markets, Equity Participation Projects, and investment transaction structuring.
Prior to Equity Cap Fund Advisors, Mitch ran the Private Equity Investment side of a boutique lender/broker out of its Newport Beach office. The boutique lender had funded in excess of 2.5 Billion in residential and Commercial real estate across the nation since inception. The vast majority of those loans were Private Money Bridge Loans and Equity Participation loans. As Managing Partner, he was responsible for all the private equity lending, Equity Participation Joint Ventures, Asset Management and investor relations.
Mitch Valmer begin his career in the mortgage business in 2003 with one of the largest Mortgage brokerages in South Orange County known as Affinity Funding, He sourced and originated Residential and Commercial Real Estate Loan requests, From Private Money Loans to Alta- A Loans to High Net Worth Investment Banking Loans to CMBS to SBA loans for every type of purpose on a Nationwide basis. By late 2004, Mitch realized that he had a passion for private money loans for the purpose of lending out private capital to real estate professionals and commercial building owners.
Mitch has been a part of dozens of successful LLC’s and Specialized Lending Trusts in the capacity as either a Manager, Trustee or Principal. These secured structured investment vehicles were secured against investor residential and commercial real estate that always produced double digit returns.
Mitch is a member of several local, regional and International associations and organization’s such as the American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL), California Association of Mortgage Professionals (CAMP), American Association of Individual Investors (AAII), Orange County Real Estate Investment Association (OCREIA), and many others.
