Hybrid Investment Strategy:
The Venture Fund’s primary strategy is Providing Bridge Loans secured against investor residential and commercial real estate, along with rehabilitation loans, heavily vetted value-added and construction loans through strategic partnerships such as joint ventures, participating loans, higher yielding subordinate financing equity participation loans and joint ventures along with other debt and equity investments with established real estate investors. Focus on investor residential and multifamily commercial real estate where there is an opportunity to generate greater returns for the fund’s investors relative to risk. The fund’s secondary strategy is to acquire deep discounted residential real estate to rehabilitate, develop, add value or construct and quickly sell for a profit.
